Uganda Martyrs University- graduates 2,399 in various deciplines.
Universities in Uganda are being urged to prioritize food production, Health and technology.
The call was made by Gloria Eveline Byamugisga the Head of Human resource at Africa’s biggest cement production plant, Dangote in Nigeria.
Mrs Byamugisga was officiating at the 31st graduation ceremony at Nkozi university where two thousand three hundred and thirty nine students graduated in different deciplines.
Bishop Anthony Ziwa the Bishop of Kiyinda Mityana Diocese has urged students to ensure they maintain good morals and decipline in society while in society so that they can br easily identified as good people in society.
This year’s graduation was held under the theme “Innovation for social Economic transformation though science, technology and Enterprise
Nkozi university vice Chancellor professor Patrick Kyamanywa urged students and graduands to identify problems surrounding Busineses and services in communities and develop solutions which in turn will create demand for their skills.
