Ugandas massive city business park being developed by Ugandan business mogul Sudhir Ruparelia with his Ruparelia Group has taken a significant phase of completion.
The business park located at the former Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI) headquarters on Yusuf Lule Road in Kampala, has taken final shape.
The multi-billion dollar massive Business Park expected to open shop by the end of the year will host office premises, a shopping centre, and health and leisure amenities, among others.
The Ruparelia Groups Pearl Business Park — on an 20-acre mixed-use facility has shaped the citys look with beutifull view and shall host a 5-star hotel, a shopping mall, and a modern hospital when complete.
