Prime Minister Nabbanja Presides over the Uganda National Day in Japan, calls upon Japanese to invest in Uganda

The Uganda National Day held today was organized by the Ugandan Embassy in Japan in Conjunction with the Government of Japan.

The day was characterized by traditional dance from all the regions of Uganda performed by Uganda’s Endre Troupe in Osaka.

This comes at a time as Uganda prepares to celebrate the 63rd independence day tomorrow.

Nabbanja says that Uganda and Japan enjoy a long-standing friendship built on mutual respect, trust, and a shared vision for sustainable development.

Nabbanja told the Japanese business community that Uganda is strategically positioned in Africa with a high potential for business.

The Premier in company of Trade State Minister Gen Mbadi, Uganda”s Ambassador to Japan Kaahwa Tophace, and others visited different pavilions including that of Japan, Saudi Arabia, Rwanda, Kenya and Mozambique among others.
